Herb First Greek Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • ¼ red onion

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • ¼ cup kalamata olives

  • ½ cup feta cheese

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ lemon

  • 1 clove fresh garlic (finely grated)

  • 1½ tsp Mediterranean Spice Blend

  • pinch sea salt

  • fresh ground black pepper

Directions:

  • place oil in small bowl, add lemon, spices, garlic, salt & pepper & stir well

  • cut veggies into bite size pieces

  • add olives and feta cheese & dressing to veggies and toss until coated
